Get Creative
« on: March 22, 2015, 06:07:41 pm »
The thread to discuss all things about Creative Writing.

Do you write?
Are you seeking advice from others?
Have you been through the publishing maze and can offer tips to would-be authors?

Feel free to post examples of your writing too.

Currently playing...umm nothing much.
TWD No-Man’s Land but getting  very bored with it very quickly.

Would still be playing We Rule and Supernauts - if the devs could be bothered.

In the US, November is supposedly "National Novel Writing Month."  Never heard of it until I stumbled upon this website : http://nanowrimo.org/

The site has lots of information for budding writers.  Suggested software and such too.  If you are interested, you might want to set up an account there for this coming November and take part.

Nanowrimo is also very popular in the UK. I know of several people who partake in it with at least one friend becoming a published author :-)

Her name is Elizabeth Haynes and she writes crime novels which are very good reads. I will post more about her work in another board
