 In the future, if you still have the window open that you submitted the form from, there is an option to go back in and edit your entry.

Haven't tried on my pc yet, but in my chrome browser on android all the fields show as "#VALUE!"

I'm on Win7 with IE9 and it's doing the same thing... but if I remember from the old event lists it would do this sometimes and then work later...
